1. The Joy of Sharing and Learning Series

We were honored to have experts from various departments within the company come and share
their management techniques and experiences with us. Over 30 staff members from different
business units joined the sharing session either online or in person.

2. Human Resources Series: Stay Active, Stay Positive!

Guest speaker and founder and principal consultant of DD Center, Mr. Talis Wong, spoke to Luen Thai
employees about how to stay positive and confident during these times of change. Thanks to Mr.
Wong’s humorous explanations and real-life stories, participating staff members enjoyed the session
and learned a lot. Human resources department staff also had an opportunity to interact with, share,
and learn from one another.

Christmas Party
Santa paid a visit to the office to celebrate Christmas with us all! Everyone had a great time
reveling in the festive atmosphere complete with Christmas music, delicious food, and
mystery gifts.

Chinese New Year
Chinese New Year is a traditional holiday that gathers family members together. Luen Thai employees
blessed each other by extending New Year wishes to one another at a mini office party.

International Women’s Day
She is an aspirer, a person of action, a success story. She is a woman. She is you. On International
Women’s Day, Luen Thai extended special gifts to outstanding women in the workplace as a token of
gratitude. Everyone also enjoyed delicious food together to celebrate the occasion.

In 2019, a team building session and the annual general meeting were held over two days in
Shenzhen. Colleagues from different locations and departments gathered together for a time of
sharing, discussion, learning, and exchange.

During his speech, our CEO, Dr. Henry Tan, spoke about Luen Thai’s history and how the company
evolved from a family business to a business family.

Deputy CEO, Jeffrey Tan, along with Chief Human Resources Officer, Tian Xiaoping, shared about Luen
Thai’s direction, and encouraged employees to work together for greater success.

At the evening gala, senior management and employees danced together to promote a harmonious
and inclusive working environment.

Fun games and challenges fostered teamwork and collaboration skills.
