Responsibilities
  • Manage relationship and communication with colleagues, supplier, vendor and any stakeholders.
  • Project planning, execution and monitoring the progress of projects.
  • Develop a detailed project plan with process and timeline (Gantt Chart, Trello, etc.)
  • Report project progress and propose solutions to management/ team leader as needed.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as user requirements, system design, UAT plan, training materials, User Guide etc.
  • Estimate potential risks to minimize project impacts.
  • Daily operation in IT team and follow up with vendors.

Job Requirement
  • Degree holder of Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines.
  • Minimum 7 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in project management role.
  • Solid experience in vendor / supplier management.
  • Solid experience in Enterprise systems such as SAP, OA, ERP, Financial application.
  • PMP certification with agile delivery experience would be an advantage.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all levels.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

  • Oversee full spectrum of HR functions, including talent management, training and development, staff retention, coaching and employee relations, compensation and benefits and performance management.
  • Work closely with senior management in the implementation of policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development, to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.

Job Requirement

  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
  • Identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
  • Map client business requirements, processes and objectives, develop product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
  • Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modules.
