Luen Thai’s real estate business was set up in 1995, and has developed a range of real estate projects in Mainland China. Upholding its core values of “development, innovation, quality, and benefit for all”, the business has successfully invested in and developed Luen Thai First City, Guotai Guan Di, Mango Town Project in Guangzhou North, and many other premium real estate projects. It also oversaw the land acquisition application and construction of the Skechers China Distribution Center in Taicang.

Luen Thai First City and Guotai Guan Di are both located in prime areas of Quanzhou amidst well- appointed facilities. The design of Guo Tai Guan Di was inspired by classical Chinese gardens and has garnered multiple awards including “Top 10 Landmark Buildings in Modern Quanzhou”, “Most Valuable Real Estate”, “Most Influential Show Flat”, etc. Mango Town Project in Guangzhou North involved a partnership with Sunshine 100 China Holdings Ltd., a large-scale real estate developer in Mainland China. The expansive project is a large-scale urban development that spans two metro stations, and is a mixed-use property comprised of 30,000 residential households and commercial spaces, accommodating a population of over 100,000 people.

Luen Thai’s real estate investment and management business covers the entire Mainland China, from Beijing, Shanghai, and Hangzhou, to Suzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, and other cities. Luen Thai Dongguan, formerly the Dongguan Supply Chain City, occupies a total area of 230 acres and boasts a construction area of about 238,000 square meters. Situated near multiple major highways leading to Shenzhen, the facility is merely 33 km from the center of Shenzhen. Today, the business mainly focuses on property leasing and management, and is actively preparing for the investment and development of a nearly 600,000-square meter new industrial park as part of the Greater Bay Area initiative.
